Pedro Bruno

       Pedro Paulo Bruno(1888-1949) pintor,desenhista,artista visual e cantor. Grande expoente das artes.Era filho de um comerciante Italiano. Em 1910 tem preleções com o pintor Italiano Schettino. Ingressa na Escola Nacional de Belas Artes em 1918.Em 1919 a pinta a tela denominada A Pátria. Considerada uma grande obra. No ano de 1922 fundou com Hermes Fontes a Liga Artística de Paquetá.conquistou a medalha de ouro em 1925.Em 1943 obteve a medalha de Honra.Dois anos após a morte de sua esposa Pedro Bruno falece.Na década de 60 Pedro foi homenageado em sua residência pelos seus filhos.

In 1910 he had lectures with the Italian painter Schettino. He entered the National School of Fine Arts in 1918. In 1919 he painted the screen called The Motherland. Considered a great work. In 1922 founded with Hermes Fontes the Artistic League of Paquetá.conquistred the gold medal in 1925. In 1943 obtained the medal of Honor. Two years after the death of his wife Pedro Bruno died. In the 60's Pedro was honored in your children.
